Moments like these come up again and again in the letters we received. Here are four of them, briefly, and in their own words.<\/p>\n    <div class=\"rsn-grid rsn-stories\">\n      <div class=\"rsn-card\"><span class=\"meta\">A family looking for an apartment for their mother<\/span><h3>Laura Livnat<\/h3><p>Laura&#8217;s mother, an older woman, talked with us about the apartment she was looking for. That same day she received three options, and the first apartment they walked into was the right one.
