A residents’ tender in Ramat Aviv Gimel
Kardan Real Estate won a residents’ tender and will build 250 new housing units in Ramat Aviv Gimel, close to the Schuster Center. The project is expected to add significant supply of apartments for sale in north Tel Aviv, in a sought after area near commercial and transport hubs.

Ramat Aviv HaYeruka: average price per sqm
Ramat Aviv HaYeruka recorded an average price of NIS 59,800 per sqm, with every recent deal closing in a new project. The figure reflects the price trend in the neighborhood and points to steady demand for new apartments in the area.

Bavli: the gap between older and new apartments
In the Bavli neighborhood 99 apartments were sold over the past year, with older apartments closing at around NIS 52,500 per sqm against about NIS 59,000 per sqm in the new projects. The gap points to a clear premium for new apartments in the area.

Urban renewal in Ramat HaSharon
In Ramat HaSharon the demolition has begun of four three floor walkup blocks on Yitzhak Elhanan Street, to be replaced by five buildings with 220 housing units under TAMA 38/2. Prices for the new apartments will start at NIS 3.7 million, which shows the scale of urban renewal in the city.
