The young family neighborhood of the north of the city: new buildings with a pool and parking, an innovative high school, a shopping center right downstairs and suburban quiet
RS Nadlan is a real estate marketing and brokerage company working in Tel Aviv, Ramat HaSharon, Herzliya, Ra’anana and Kfar Saba, specializing in the neighborhoods of North Tel Aviv. Our offices are in Ramat Aviv Gimel. North Tel Baruch, north of Keren Kayemet Boulevard, is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the north of the city for families with children: modern buildings of 4 to 8 stories, many of them with a pool, a gym, parking and a storage room, an elementary school and a six year high school inside the neighborhood, and a neighborhood shopping center. We know the buildings and the deals that have closed in the neighborhood, and we guide buyers and sellers all the way to the exact right property, including Off Market properties that are not advertised on listing sites.
Construction of North Tel Baruch began in the late 1990s, on the land north of old Tel Baruch. Unlike its southern neighbor, a villa neighborhood on large lots, more than 70% of the construction in North Tel Baruch is dense apartment construction of 4 to 8 stories, and the rest is villas. According to Calcalist, the neighborhood has about 1,700 housing units.
The neighborhood borders Kfar HaYarok and the Kiryat Shaul cemetery to the north, Moshe Sneh Street to the east, the Ayalon Highway to the west and Keren Kayemet Boulevard to the south. Its main streets are Aharon Becker, Hanna Rovina, Alexander Penn, Stefan Zweig and Yaakov Meridor, and its character is suburban: quiet streets, parks and buildings surrounded by gardens.
According to Tel Aviv Online, over the past decade North Tel Baruch has become one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the north of the city for families with children. Mayor Ron Huldai and his family also live here.

Education is one of the main reasons families choose the neighborhood: an elementary school and a new six year high school inside the neighborhood, and one of the most advanced educational campuses in the city.

The high school building, designed by architect Ilan Lekner, rises five stories in a spiral around a central courtyard, with 42 classrooms plus 6 special education classrooms on a 7.5 dunam lot. Its construction cost reached ₪107 million.

Life in the neighborhood revolves around the schools, the parks and the shopping center. Many of the buildings in the neighborhood include a pool, a gym and a sauna, so some of the leisure is right at home.

The commercial heart of the neighborhood is G Mikado, formerly the Mikado Center, at 8 Aharon Becker Street: a neighborhood center of about 6,700 sqm with 56 tenants and 130 parking spaces, owned by G City. It is open Sunday to Thursday 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM and Friday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and serves North Tel Baruch and the neighboring neighborhoods.
The center has a supermarket, cafés, a pastry shop, an ice cream parlor, a fish shop, a fruit and vegetable store, a gym, toy and fashion shops, a hair salon and service shops.

The Green Line, with a branch to Ramat HaHayal and a branch to Herzliya via the university and Glilot, is expected to open in stages between 2028 and 2030. The M1 metro line is expected to open in part in 2034.
