In the Green Neighborhood the buildings are relatively new and the apartments similar to one another, so differences in price come down to the details: floor, orientation, terrace, a garden apartment or a duplex, and the year of construction. Even within the same building, gaps of more than ₪1 million have been recorded between similar apartments, so we price according to deals in the same building and on the same street, not a neighborhood average.
