A neighborhood that grew on the site of a transit camp, now renewing itself with towers facing open fields, and next to it Neve Reim, with streets of townhouses and gardens
RS Nadlan is a real estate marketing and brokerage company working in Tel Aviv, Ramat HaSharon, Herzliya, Ra’anana and Kfar Saba, and it guides deals in the neighborhoods of Ramat HaSharon. Our offices are in Ramat Aviv Gimel, a short drive from the neighborhood. Morasha is the fastest changing neighborhood in Ramat HaSharon: alongside the older homes, new residential towers are rising opposite open fields, and in neighboring Neve Reim there are streets of townhouses and gardens. Anyone buying or selling here needs to understand both the existing market and the new projects. We guide buyers and sellers in Morasha and Neve Reim, including Off Market properties that are not advertised.
In 1951 a transit camp (ma’abara) was set up opposite HaKfar HaYarok, taking in about 6,000 immigrants from Iraq, Persia and Yemen, four times the number of Ramat HaSharon’s residents at the time. Between 1953 and 1957 a permanent neighborhood was built in its place, and in the mid 1950s the transit camp was cleared. This is how Morasha was born.
The neighborhood lies in eastern Ramat HaSharon, east of Neve Magen, and open spaces surround it to the north, east and south. An industrial zone and a shopping center border it to the south, and the Morasha Interchange, where Route 4 meets Route 5, is right next to it.
From the start, ground level homes were built in the neighborhood alongside low rise apartment buildings. In 1998 Neve Reim was built next to it, a neighborhood of townhouses and ground level homes, and in recent years towers of up to 31 stories have been rising here as part of urban renewal projects.
The neighborhood that grew on the site of a transit camp that took in four times the population of the entire city, and is now renewing itself with towers facing open fields.Morasha, Ramat HaSharon

Morasha is home to a new elementary school, religious schools and an institution of higher education in music. Placement in middle school and high school follows the municipality’s registration zones, and it is worth confirming it with the education department before buying.

Neve Reim Park is the green lung of the neighborhood, and another 11 dunam leisure park is planned next to the Ramot HaSharon project.
Open fields stretch to the east and south of the neighborhood, and some of the new apartments in the towers enjoy open views over them, a rarity in the Gush Dan area.

Morasha is one of the neighborhoods with the best access to the main roads in the Sharon region: a direct exit to Route 4 and Route 5, and a few minutes’ drive to Herzliya, Ra’anana and Tel Aviv.

Three markets operate side by side in Morasha: apartments in the older buildings, townhouses in Neve Reim and new apartments in the towers. Each is priced differently, and the right comparison is critical.
RS Nadlan has worked in North Tel Aviv and Ramat HaSharon since 2015, and guides deals in the city’s neighborhoods. We know the buyers looking for a new apartment with an open view and those looking for a townhouse with a garden, and we know how to present each of them with the right property.
Anyone looking for a broker in Morasha needs someone who knows the projects, the buildings and the latest deals. For those planning selling an apartment or townhouse in Morasha, we offer exclusive brokerage with a precise marketing plan, and for buyers we present apartments and homes for sale in Ramat HaSharon. We also work in the neighboring areas, such as Neve Magen, and as a real estate agency in Ramat HaSharon.

It is worth choosing someone who knows both the new projects and the established market, and who prices according to registered deals rather than asking prices. Ask for a written marketing plan, a transparent commission agreed in advance and a valid license (how to check a brokerage license). RS Nadlan’s offices are at Kashani 3G, Ramat Aviv Gimel, and visits are by appointment only.
