Tzahala’s second offshoot neighborhood, south of Tzahal Street: low apartment buildings from the 1970s, ground level homes, and groves and gardens between the streets
RS Nadlan is a real estate marketing and brokerage company working in Tel Aviv, Ramat HaSharon, Herzliya, Ra’anana and Kfar Saba, specializing in the neighborhoods of North Tel Aviv. Our offices are in Ramat Aviv Gimel. Ramot Tzahala, between Tzahal Street and Dvora HaNevia Street and east of Moshe Sneh Road, is a quiet residential neighborhood of low apartment buildings and ground level homes, with a supermarket and a café on Weisburg Street, groves between the homes, and the Tzahala school and community center within walking distance. We know the buildings, the renewal projects already underway and the plans for the district, and we guide buyers and sellers all the way to the precise property, including Off Market properties that are not advertised on listing sites.
Ramot Tzahala was built in the early 1970s as Tzahala’s second offshoot neighborhood, south of Tzahal Street, at the same time as Ganei Tzahala to its north. Most of the construction from those years is apartment buildings of up to three stories, alongside ground level homes, so even today the neighborhood is low, shady and green.
The streets are short and quiet, and many of them are “mevo” lanes: Mevo Grofit, Mevo Geniger, Mevo Gaaton and Mevo Gilat, alongside Tolkovsky, Weisburg, Matityahu Shoham, Tzvi Friedland, Yosef Pomeruk, Agadati and Oskar Schindler. Tzahal Street and Dvora HaNevia Street, the two main streets of Tzahala, bound the neighborhood and connect directly to Moshe Sneh Road.
The Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality defines Ramot Tzahala and Ganei Tzahala as a single neighborhood, of about 471 dunams and about 5,405 residents at the end of 2023. Both are part of District 2, the city’s northeast district, alongside Tzahala, HaMishtala, Neve Sharet and Ramat HaHayal.

Children in Ramot Tzahala attend the Tzahala elementary school, and the municipal kindergartens are inside the neighborhood itself. A municipal special education school also operates on Tzahal Street.
3 Asael Street, in neighboring Tzahala. About 486 students (2023), serving Tzahala, Ganei Tzahala, Ramot Tzahala and HaMishtala.
16 Tzahal Street. A municipal special education school, with about 144 students (2023) and its own sports hall.
In the 2026 to 2027 school year, the Kaah Shibolim and Kaah Omarim kindergartens operate on Matityahu Shoham Street, and the Kaav Halom and Kaav Kesem kindergartens on Mevo Grofit.

The municipality’s green spaces map lists many groves and gardens within Ramot Tzahala, including Agadati Grove, the Agadati pedestrian walkway, the garden at the corner of Mevo Gaaton and Weisburg, and the garden at the corner of Tzahal and Tolkovsky. The green space here is part of the street, not a destination you drive to.
A public park on Oskar Schindler Street, and next to it the playground at the corner of Matityahu Shoham and Dvora HaNevia.
In September 2022, Mayor Ron Huldai inaugurated a new public garden in Ramot Tzahala.
At 1 Avner Street, it officially serves Ramot Tzahala residents. The community country club and the Tzahala Library of the Beit Ariela network are at the same address.
Yarkon Park, about 3,750 dunams, begins at the Ramat HaHayal employment zone, southeast of the neighborhood, and continues all the way to the sea.

The Ramot Tzahala shopping center is on Weisburg Street, a few hundred meters from HaPil Junction, north of Dvora HaNevia Street and east of Moshe Sneh Road. At 17 Weisburg, at the corner of Mevo Grofit, there is a Carrefour City branch, and next to it Telo’s Kitchen. In the adjacent building, 19 Weisburg, there is a café.
For more services, the Tzahala center at 71 Tzahal Street, in neighboring Tzahala, has a supermarket, a post office, a bank branch and Bita café. At HaPil Junction, at 54 Moshe Sneh, there are restaurants and a McDonald’s branch, and across the junction, in neighboring North Tel Baruch, a Super Pharm at 280 Bnei Efraim.
At the On School and Weisburg stop, Metropoline line 21 stops, running between the Carmelit terminal in Tel Aviv and the Kedma terminal in Ramat HaSharon (September 2026 schedule).
At the Dvora HaNevia and Matityahu Shoham stop, lines 20, 42, 89, 258, 425 and 524 stop, and at the Moshe Sneh stops near Tzahal and Dvora HaNevia, lines 24, 258, 524, 525, 531 and 621.
The Dvora HaNevia station of the Green Line is about 1.4 km as the crow flies from the neighborhood, and the city expects this northeastern branch of the line to open in 2030. Moshe Sneh Road is one of the three northern entrances to the city.

In Ramot Tzahala, the value of an apartment depends not only on its condition but also on the building: is it an older three story building with TAMA 38 potential, has an agreement already been signed with a developer, and how will the plans for the Moshe Sneh frontage affect it. These are questions that change a deal by hundreds of thousands of shekels.
RS Nadlan has worked in North Tel Aviv since 2015, knows Tzahala and its offshoot neighborhoods, and holds a unique property database, including properties that are not advertised on listing sites. We guide buyers and sellers from the first meeting to the handing over of the keys.
A broker in Ramot Tzahala needs to know how to read a building: to check whether it has TAMA 38 potential, whether an agreement has already been signed with a developer, and how far it is from the Moshe Sneh frontage. Real estate brokerage in Ramot Tzahala with us covers the sale and purchase of apartments and ground level homes, and a home valuation in Ramot Tzahala based on real deals on the mevo lanes and Tolkovsky. We work in the same way as a real estate agency in Tzahala, the parent neighborhood of Ramot Tzahala.
For sellers, we offer exclusive brokerage with a written marketing plan, presentation to buyers from our database and quiet marketing as an Off Market property for those who prefer discretion, so that selling an apartment with a broker in Ramot Tzahala happens at the right pace and the right price. Anyone looking for apartments for sale in Ramot Tzahala, quiet and shady next to the groves, also receives unpublished offers from us.

It is worth choosing a broker in Ramot Tzahala who knows the mevo lanes and the buildings one by one, knows which of them are in a renewal process and understands the District 2 plan. Pricing should be based on real deals registered in the neighborhood, along with a written exclusive marketing plan, transparent brokerage fees, availability throughout the process and a brokerage license you can verify. A real estate agency in Ramot Tzahala that meets all of these saves the seller time and protects the price.
