09 · Why RS Nadlan

A real estate agency in Eliezer that knows every house

An RS Nadlan advisor accompanying a couple in a private home in Eliezer (illustration)

Eliezer is an exceptionally thin market: a handful of deals a year, and houses that differ from one another in plot size, built area and year of construction. In the recent deals the most expensive home sold for more than twice the least expensive, so we price each house on its plot, the house itself and comparable deals nearby, never on an average.

RS Nadlan accompanies transactions in the neighborhoods of north Tel Aviv and the Sharon region, and knows the families looking for a private home in Kfar Saba. When it serves the seller, we present the property directly to suitable buyers.

For owners considering the sale of a private home in Eliezer, we offer exclusive representation with a discreet marketing plan, and for buyers we present properties for sale in Kfar Saba. We also act as a real estate agency in Kfar Saba, across all of the city’s neighborhoods.
