A neighborhood that grew on the Matalon orchard: narrow, quiet streets, hundreds of semi detached row houses, public gardens and a school at its heart
RS Nadlan is a real estate marketing and brokerage company working in Tel Aviv, Ramat HaSharon, Herzliya, Ra’anana and Kfar Saba, specializing in private home neighborhoods, and it guides deals in the family neighborhoods of Ramat HaSharon. Our offices are in Ramat Aviv Gimel, a short drive from the neighborhood. Neve Rasko is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the city among young families: a ground level home, a garden, a school within walking distance and a quick drive into Tel Aviv. In a neighborhood of hundreds of similar homes, the small differences set the price, and whoever knows them knows how to price correctly. We guide buyers and sellers in Neve Rasko, including Off Market properties that are not advertised.
In the 1930s, Moshe Matalon bought a large tract of land in the south of the moshava and planted citrus orchards on it. In the late 1960s, the Rasko company, a housing company established by the Jewish Agency, built Neve Rasko on the land of the Matalon orchard. According to TheMarker, the neighborhood was built in three stages: the northern part in the 1960s, the eastern part in the 1970s, and the rest in the early 1990s.
Neve Rasko lies in the south of Ramat HaSharon, on an area of about 260 dunams. It is bordered by Derech HaRishonim and the Hadar neighborhood to the north, HaYasmin Street and Neve Magen to the east, Route 5 to the south and Moshe Sneh Street to the west. The streets are narrow, and most of them are one way, which is part of what keeps it so quiet.
Most of the neighborhood is made up of semi detached row houses: about 570 homes on lots of 250 to 300 sqm, alongside about 30 homes on large lots of 400 to 500 sqm. There are also a few apartment buildings, including four nine story buildings.

One of the great advantages of Neve Rasko is an elementary school and a middle school inside the neighborhood, within walking distance of the homes. Placement follows the registration zones of the Ramat HaSharon Municipality, so it is worth confirming it with the education department before buying.

5 Yehoshua Tahon Street, in the neighborhood. Founded in 1976. Alumim graduates continue to Rothberg High School.

Neve Rasko is built around family life: public gardens between the homes, a community center and a synagogue inside the neighborhood, and two small shopping centers.
The neighborhood community center, at 33 HaSayafan Street.
The synagogue of Neve Rasko, on HaTarbut Street.
Green gardens scattered between the rows of homes, close to every house.
The sports and leisure facilities of Ramat HaSharon, a short drive away.

Neve Rasko has two small shopping centers, with a café and everyday services within walking distance of the homes.
The wide choice of shops, cafés and restaurants is found on the main streets of Ramat HaSharon, Sokolov and Ussishkin. And thanks to Moshe Sneh Street, on the western edge, North Tel Aviv and the Glilot area are a short drive away.
Green public gardens are scattered throughout the neighborhood, with lawns, mature trees and playgrounds, so every home has a public garden nearby.
Elsewhere in the city, HaNetzach Park on HaNetzach Street offers about 40 dunams of lawns, an ecological pond, sports facilities and walking and cycling paths. And to the south, beyond Route 5, lie the open spaces of the Tennis Center and the leisure strip.

Neve Rasko is one of the neighborhoods of Ramat HaSharon closest to Tel Aviv: a few minutes’ drive to the north of the city, and quick access to Route 5 and the Ayalon Highway.
Moshe Sneh Street, the continuation of Sokolov, is one of the northern entrances to Tel Aviv. Route 5 runs along the southern edge, and the HaKfar HaYarok interchange connects the two.
Bus stops are spread along the edges of the neighborhood and on nearby streets, a short walk away.
Four stations are planned in Ramat HaSharon on the M1 metro line. The project is still in planning, and its timeline is long.
According to deal data compiled by Dirobot, the median in Neve Rasko for deals registered between January 2023 and September 2025 was about ₪5.55 million per deal and about ₪37,110 per sqm, rising from about ₪33,600 per sqm in 2024 to about ₪41,000 per sqm in 2025. For ground level homes the registered area is sometimes partial, so the price per sqm for them looks higher than it really is.
For houses, the range is wide: from a semi detached home on Iris Street that sold for about ₪6.92 million, up to a private home on Komemiyut Street that sold for ₪10 million in February 2025.
For anyone planning to sell or buy in the neighborhood, the right starting point is a property valuation in Neve Rasko, based on real deals and on the features of the home.

In Neve Rasko, hundreds of homes look alike, but no two are equal: orientation, lot size, expansions, the condition of the house and how close it is to the kindergarten and the school. These differences account for hundreds of thousands of shekels in the price.
RS Nadlan has worked in North Tel Aviv and Ramat HaSharon since 2015, guiding deals in the city’s family neighborhoods. We know the families looking for a first ground level home in the Sharon, and we know how to present the right home to them.
Anyone looking for a broker in Neve Rasko needs someone who knows the streets, the homes and the latest deals on them. For those planning selling a home in Neve Rasko, we offer exclusive representation with a precise marketing plan, and for those searching, we present homes and apartments for sale in Ramat HaSharon. We also work in the nearby neighborhoods, such as Neve Magen, and as a real estate agency in Ramat HaSharon.

It is worth choosing someone who knows the streets and the differences between the homes, and who prices based on registered deals rather than asking prices. Ask for a written marketing plan, a transparent commission agreed in advance and a valid license (how to check a brokerage license). The RS Nadlan offices are at Kashani 3G Street, Ramat Aviv Gimel, and visits are by appointment only.
