Since 2015RS Nadlan has been active in Tel Aviv, Ramat HaSharon, Herzliya, Ra’anana and Kfar Saba

RS Nadlan is a real estate marketing and brokerage company working in Tel Aviv, Ramat HaSharon, Herzliya, Ra’anana and Kfar Saba, specializing in the neighborhoods of North Tel Aviv. Our offices are in Ramat Aviv Gimel. Ramat HaSharon received city status only in 2002, after decades as a moshava, and it still keeps about 40% of its area open, an exceptional figure in the Gush Dan region. It has quarters of ground level homes, quarters of apartment buildings and new neighborhoods right next to Tel Aviv. We know the differences between the quarters and the plans that are changing the city, and we guide buyers and sellers all the way to the precise property, including Off Market properties that are not advertised on listing sites.

01 · The character of the city

The unique character of Ramat HaSharon

The story begins in 1922, when a group from Jaffa called “Ir Shalom” bought 2,000 dunams. The community was founded in 1923, and the name “Ramat HaSharon” was chosen in a competition in 1928. The strawberry became the unofficial symbol of the agricultural moshava, and Naomi Shemer mentioned it in her 1987 song “Tut” (Strawberry).

Even today the city feels different: the old moshava grows at a measured pace, and most of the new construction is planned in the neighborhoods next to Tel Aviv. The historic water tower near Rothberg High School is the municipality’s emblem.

The population is especially well off: socioeconomic cluster 9 out of 10 (2021 index), an average wage of ₪22,051 in 2023, almost double the national average, and 87.9% eligibility for a matriculation certificate in the 2023 to 2024 school year.

09 · Why RS Nadlan

A real estate agency in Ramat HaSharon that knows every quarter

An RS Nadlan broker guides a couple of clients on a home tour in Ramat HaSharon

In Ramat HaSharon there is no “one price”: a private home in Neve Magen, an apartment in the Hadar Quarter and a new apartment in Neve Gan are three different markets. The size of the lot, the building rights, the proximity to the future metro station and the plans in Glilot change the value on every street.

RS Nadlan has been active since 2015 in Tel Aviv, Ramat HaSharon, Herzliya, Ra’anana and Kfar Saba, and our offices in Ramat Aviv Gimel are close to the planned Glilot South quarter. We hold a unique property database, including properties that are not advertised, and we guide buyers and sellers from the first meeting to the handing over of the keys.

As a broker in Ramat HaSharon, we price every property according to its own market: a ground level home in Kiryat Ye’arim is assessed by its lot and rights, and an apartment in the Hadar Quarter by its floor, parking and location. Our real estate brokerage service in Ramat HaSharon covers selling, buying and renting, and anyone asking what their apartment in Ramat HaSharon is worth can start with a home valuation in Ramat HaSharon based on deals reported to the Tax Authority.

Sellers who want to sell an apartment in Ramat HaSharon and choose exclusive brokerage get a plan for marketing apartments in Ramat HaSharon, targeted exposure to buyers from our client database and, when needed, quiet marketing as an Off Market property. Buyers looking for apartments for sale in Ramat HaSharon also get access with us to properties that have not yet reached the listing sites, and for those focused on the south of the city we have gathered more information on the real estate agency in Neve Gan page.
