The officers’ neighborhood of Ramat HaSharon: founded in 1954, with streets named after the Seven Species, expanded semi detached homes and the water tower that appears on the city’s emblem
RS Nadlan is a real estate marketing and brokerage company working in Tel Aviv, Ramat HaSharon, Herzliya, Ra’anana and Kfar Saba, specializing in private home neighborhoods, and it guides deals in the established and sought after neighborhoods of Ramat HaSharon. Our offices are in Ramat Aviv Gimel, a short drive from the neighborhood. Neve Magen combines two markets: older semi detached homes that have been expanded and are passed from family to family, and apartments in residential buildings and in the new renewal project. Whoever understands the difference between them knows how to price correctly. We guide buyers and sellers in Neve Magen with complete discretion, including Off Market properties that are not advertised.
Neve Magen was founded in 1954 for veterans of the British Army, IDF officers and Ministry of Defense personnel, which is also where its name comes from. According to the Ramat HaSharon Municipality website, 180 housing units were built here, most of them semi detached homes and some single family homes, and the neighborhood was first occupied in 1955. The core of the neighborhood was designed by the architecture firm Rechter Zarhi. The first residents paved roads and laid telephone and electricity lines themselves, as volunteers.
The neighborhood lies in the heart of Ramat HaSharon, between Morasha to the east and Neve Rasko to the west, and stretches from the edge of the original moshava south to Route 5. The core streets are named after the Seven Species: HaRimon, HaZayit, HaTe’ena, HaHaruv and HaGefen, alongside streets such as Shivtei Israel, HaMaavak, HaSayafan and Megiddo.
According to Teva Israeli, over the years the neighborhood was home to Rehavam Zeevi, Avraham (Bren) Adan, Amos Horev, Haim Bar Lev and Ezer Weizman. Its best known landmark is the water tower from the 1950s, which appears on the city’s emblem.

One of the two municipal high schools of Ramat HaSharon operates inside the neighborhood. Placement in elementary and middle school is based on the municipality’s registration zones and your home address, so it is worth confirming it with the education department before buying.

Neve Magen was born of a community that built the neighborhood with its own hands, and that spirit has endured. From here a pedestrian bridge crosses Route 5 to the tennis center and the city’s recreation strip.

Neve Magen is primarily a residential neighborhood. Everyday shopping, cafés and restaurants are found on the main streets of Ramat HaSharon, Sokolov and Ussishkin, a short distance from the neighborhood.
Retail space is also planned in the New Neve Magen project. For bigger shopping trips and leisure, the Glilot complex with Cinema City is a short drive away.
Sycamore, jujube and mulberry trees that predate the neighborhood have survived here, giving the streets the shade of another era. Bar Lev Garden is the best known neighborhood garden, and a green eucalyptus grove lies on the edge of the neighborhood.
According to Teva Israeli, a circular walking route of about 3 km runs through the neighborhood, connecting its gardens, its older streets and its landmarks. And a 12 dunam park is planned in the New Neve Magen project.

Neve Magen enjoys a central location: a walk to the city’s main streets, and quick access to Route 5 and the Gush Dan area.
Route 5 runs along the southern border of the neighborhood, and from there you continue to Routes 2, 4 and 20 and to the Ayalon Highway.
The main streets, Sokolov and Ussishkin, are a short distance away, and Sokolov, Route 482, connects north to Herzliya.
Four stations are planned in Ramat HaSharon on the M1 metro line, among them Sokolov and Glilot. The project is still in planning, and its timeline is long.
Two markets operate side by side in Neve Magen. According to deal data compiled by Dirobot, 48 deals were recorded in the neighborhood between January 2023 and January 2026, at a median of about ₪3.77 million and about ₪35,850 per sqm. This median mainly reflects apartments. Ground level homes close at much higher prices, such as the 397 sqm property on HaGefen Street that sold for ₪16.3 million in December 2025.
In the New Neve Magen project, an evacuation and reconstruction project on HaShahal Street, 112 old apartments will be replaced by 435 new apartments in seven buildings of 9 to 21 stories. According to the developer, prices start at about ₪4.67 million.

In Neve Magen every property is a different story: an original semi detached home that has been expanded, a house that was rebuilt, an apartment on Remez Street or an apartment in the new project. Each one sells to a different audience, at a price determined in a different way.
RS Nadlan has worked in North Tel Aviv and Ramat HaSharon since 2015, and guides deals in the city’s established neighborhoods. We know the buyers looking for a home in the heart of Ramat HaSharon, and the families looking for an apartment in a neighborhood with history.
Anyone looking for a broker in Neve Magen needs someone who knows how to read a lot and understands the impact of urban renewal. For anyone planning a home sale in Neve Magen, we offer exclusive brokerage with a precise marketing plan, and for buyers we present homes and apartments for sale in Ramat HaSharon. We also work in the nearby neighborhoods, such as Neve Rom, and as a real estate agency in Ramat HaSharon.

It is worth choosing someone who knows both markets in the neighborhood, homes and apartments, and knows how to distinguish between the value of the land and the value of the existing house. Ask for pricing based on registered deals, a written marketing plan, a transparent commission agreed in advance and a valid license (how to check a brokerage license). RS Nadlan’s offices are at Kashani 3G, Ramat Aviv Gimel, and visits are by appointment only.
