The cost depends on the size of the property, the amount of furniture that needs to be added and how long the items stay in the home. After a short conversation and a visit to the property, you receive a quote directly from the professional, and only then do you decide.
Not necessarily. In an occupied apartment we work with the existing furniture: we remove clutter and personal items, rearrange, and add only what is missing. In an empty apartment we bring in furniture and accessories for the marketing period.

Staging is tailored to buyers: neutral, bright and inviting, so that as many people as possible can imagine themselves living there. When the property needs more than that, you can also add planning and design or a light renovation, through our additional services.
