In Tzameret each tower is a small market of its own: the year of construction, the floor, the view and the upkeep determine the price. Deals in 2025 and 2026 recorded lower prices per m² than in previous years, mainly in Tzameret 2, so sound pricing rests on deals from the same tower and the same height.
A selection of recorded deals, newest to oldest. Price per m² is based on built area. Asking prices are not included. Room counts follow the Israeli convention, which includes the living room; half rooms denote a smaller additional room.

Open in mapThe complex was developed by Carmit, a company of the Yitzhaki group, and was already being marketed in April 1992 as a project of residential towers on some 40 dunams on the border of Herzliya and Ramat HaSharon. The first four towers were built in the 1990s, four more followed, and the last was completed around 2005.
The idea was to build towers in Herzliya with the amenities of a gated complex: security, a gym, a swimming pool, a sauna, an events hall and a squash court, with open spaces between the buildings. Buyers here are mostly families and those trading up, looking for a large apartment with no stairs and no garden to maintain.

Within the complex there is a small shopping center and tower amenities, with schools, gardens and a country club close by. For most larger errands a car is needed.
